Rachel Barton studied Linguistics and Language Pathology at The University of Reading. She qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist and was granted a Licence to Practice by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, in 2001.
Background
Rachel has always enjoyed working with children and young people and became aware of Speech and Language Therapy as a career when her youngest sister was diagnosed with Glue Ear.
She is passionate about the importance of language and communication for success in learning and socialisation and thoroughly enjoy working with children and their families to help them reach their potential.
